Ultimate Blog Party
- Welcome, Visitors, to my humble little blog. My readers are very elite (read: a small, but fun, loyal, insightful bunch). My profile pretty much sums it up. I'm married, a stay-home mom of 3 boys. I'm an adult with ADHD and it shows in my blog posts. I do not 'have it all together' although I try like the dickens! My hobbies include jewelry making, reading, knitting (although I'm lousy at it), gardening (not much better at that), and of course blogging. My blog is a continual work-in-progress, but I hope you'll stop by from time to time and say hello.
- I'll keep this post brief because I'm heading back to the 5 Minutes for Mom to check out some other blogs.
- (For some reason blogger is not recognizing my paragraph breaks, so I bulleted it for spacing. Sigh. I'm number 453 on the Ultimate Blog Party.)

I'm glad you joined the party! Have a great week!
Welcome to the party!! All those boys, my goodness! You need some female companionship, so I hope all of us at the party can negate that testosterone you're swimming in over there!
nice to meetcha elle bee! i'm jayedee from sunny florida and very glad to be a part of the party!
Haha... love the cake and brownie post. I am enjoying reading your blog.

Hi Elle Bee,
Nice to see you again. Saw your name on the Party Blog list.
I have some lovely garden related blogs highlighted. So do drop by this week.
Hi there! Just stoppin' by to party! I can't wait to poke around some more!
I guess I'm part of the faithful that come here all the time. I've loved getting to know you. Have a great time at all the parties.
Hello!!!! It's great to meet you! I am Katy from The Country Blossom! I would soooo love to learn to knit! That is great that you can do it! :) I hope you have a fantastic weekend!
Welcome, everyone! This sure is fun... Of course, I love the bloggers that I follow regularly (waving to Nadine!), but it's nice to visit new ones, too. Thanks so much for stopping by my blog - and I'm happy to return the favor. I hope you stop by again.
amy, great to meet you!
lis, you hit the nail right on the head. Blogging is my little retreat from my little testosterone-filled world (not that I'd change it...)
jayedee, I'm in sunny Louisiana. Curious as to whether Jaye is your name (if so, it's lovely) or if JD are your initials (as LB are mine).
Hi, dannie, I'll be hopping over to your blog this week.
Welcome back a woman..., it's great to see you again. I'll be sure to drop by.
willblogforshoes, I love your blog name!
katy, I've been wanting to learn to knit for a while. There's a knitting shop that offers lessons (very pricey, though). I decided to try Michael's because their lessons are much less expensive (and not as intensive). It was just enough to give me an idea whether it was something I wanted to pursue before shelling out a lot of money. (The Idiot's Guide to Knitting book is pretty handy too.) If you have a Michael's craft store near you, you should check it out.
Thank you, brines, I'll be sure to stop by the blogs you mentioned. I'm a chocoholic (I like your term, chocolista, better), and I also have a sister in Michigan.
Way to go Elle!!!!!!!
Have a Super and Blessed Sunday and may it carry over well into the week!
John
Thanks for letting me stop by and poke around a bit, I think I may have to blog crash here even after the party is over! I wanted to say I think it's awesome that you put your ADHD out there, I was diagnosed bipolar and am finally just learning to be okay with it and not be afraid to say it out loud. It's nice to know there's others with problems who aren't afraid to shout it out!
If you want to party at my place, you can head on over and find it here!
I have a lot of boys in me life to. It is fun. You should come to my blog.
I'm definitely identifying with the whine in your title. I have a fine collection of vintage whines at my house as well. I'm another sahm with two degrees I'm not using and not sure I want to use later. At some point in the next few years, I'm going to have to figure out what I want to do after the kids get old enough for school. Scary stuff!
I don't use blogger, so I can't figure out how to have my blog name show, but it's www.sleepybreeze.com . I'm enjoying the blog party. :)
Thanks, John, you too.
Welcome, tawny. Thanks for the kind words. I wasn't diagnosed until after Son #1 was (there seems to be genetic predisposition). However, I think it was obvious to everyone *except* me! :-D I'll be sure to stop by your blog, too.
Thanks, firehunt, for the invite!
I'll be sure to stop by your blog, breeze. I love how you referred to them as 'vintage whines'. My boys are all in school now and I feel like my peers are eyeing retirement while I'm still trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. (Unfortunately, time stops for no woman. LOL)
Nice to meet you. May you have a blessed day!
thank you, Pam, you too!
party on- cute boys!
come party my way if ya want:

Thank you green mommy!
Glad you joined the party! If I saw your picture before your blog name, I would not have recognized you! Like the new look.
nise', it's wonderful to see you again! I lost a lot of my bookmarked favorites when I switched ISPs last fall. Thanks so much for stopping by. I'll see you at your blog soon.
Oh look. See me above nise' comment and see me below it. It's like a before and after shot. :-D
Still hopping from blog to blog... my goal is to post at each blog at least once. Nice to meet you. Happy blogging!
