week 3 (Wed. 3.21.07) ~~~~~ - 1.6 lbs
week 4 (Wed. 3.28.07) ~~~~~ - 2.4 lbs
week 5 (Wed. 4.4.07) ~~~~~~~ + 0.6 lbs
week 6 (Wed. 4-11-07) ~~~~~~ -0
week 7 (Wed. 4-18-07) ~~~~~~ -3.2 lbs
week 8 (Wed. 4-25-07) ~~~~~~ -1.2 lbs
week 9 (Wed. 5-2-07) ~~~~~~~ -1.4 lbs

total weight loss: -12.6 lbs


So there you have it!

Thanks, all, for the encouraging words. I'm finally getting to the point where I'm not feeling hungry all the time. Or maybe I'm just so psyched by the results that I'm not noticing my stomach rumbling. ;-)

john, I don't know what to think about Pirate. I've only been reading his blog a short time, but I've enjoyed it. His last post certainly wasn't upbeat, and it's been over a week since he last posted, so yes, I am worried. Keep me posted if you hear anything.

Well done Elle and encouraging me to pull up my socks regarding the amount I carry around daily. Someone said if you eat a little you'll lose weight, so I thought "If I eat little I'll lose some, so what if I ate alot" Doesn't work tht way.
My intentions have always been greater than working it. So I am going to work it and try to match your gain of Loss. Blessings.
