Sure, they'd probably adapt, but why mess with a pretty good thing we have here. Dear Hubby seems okay with the decision. I just hope the big wigs at his company are okay with it. The kids are only kids for a short time, and their childhood will be richer for having had their family nearby, more than having a Dad with a GREAT career.
